BORN AND RAISED IN CHARLOTTE, NC

I grew up surrounded by overflowing photo albums and VHS home movies that hold onto time in a way nothing else does. I’ve always carried memories deeply and vividly, which is why photography has meant so much to me for as long as I can remember.  There’s something uniquely comforting about returning to a moment decades later and having proof that it really happened. That the people, feelings, and season of life were all real and yours.

That’s what shaped the way I approach photography now. Creating images that feel honest, emotional, and true to the moment they were taken.

A few fun facts about me:

• I have always owned a Volvo and probably always will. It's genetic
• Proud former horse girl
• I have a dog named Stevie and a cat named Vo (short for Volvo...)
• I’m usually in the middle of starting a new hobby or circling back to an old one
• I have photographed over 80 fresh48 newborn sessions
